ENERGY INDUSTRY COMPENSATION SURVEY

A comprehensive and time-honored resource, this survey provides compensation data and incentive information for more than 168 positions in the independent power industry.

BACKGROUND
This Survey was established by the Independent Energy Human Resources Association (IEHRA) to provide industry-specific data on compensation and benefits-related practices.

METHODOLOGY
All data are edited manually, verified with each participant and audited by computer.

FORMAT
For each position, tabular data pages display number of companies, number of incumbents reported and number receiving bonuses, average data for Base Salary, Bonus and Total Compensation, along with 25th, 50th and 75th percentiles. Separate sections display prevalence information for short-term incentive plan types, long-term incentives and perquisites.

COMPENSATION PRACTICES
Summarizes participant characteristics, including company size, revenues, project information and headcount. In addition, variable pay plan information, business development incentives and salary increase information are reported.
